By accessing or using IntelliCommerce, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific services.

If you are using IntelliCommerce on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

IntelliCommerce provides:

• Multi-store ecommerce management platform
• AI-powered automation and analytics
• Google Ads integration and optimization
• Communication hub and customer service tools
• E-commerce platform integrations (WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.)

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity
• One account per user (multiple accounts may be terminated)

Google OAuth Integration

For Google sign-in and API access:

• You authorize us to access your Google account data as described
• You are responsible for maintaining Google account security
• You must comply with Google's terms of service
• You can revoke access through your Google account settings

You agree not to use IntelliCommerce to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Reverse engineer or copy our platform features
• Violate Google Ads policies or terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

For users accessing Google Ads through our platform:

• You must comply with all Google Ads policies and guidelines
• You are responsible for the content of your advertisements
• You must have proper authorization to manage the Google Ads accounts
• You must maintain accurate account and billing information
• You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account

Your privacy is important to us:

• We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• We do not sell or share personal data without consent
• You have rights to access, update, and delete your data
• We comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, POPIA, etc.)

Our Content

IntelliCommerce platform, features, and content are protected by intellectual property laws:

• Platform features and UI are our exclusive property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our code or designs
• You retain rights to your own content and data
• We may use anonymized data for platform improvement

Your Content

By using our services:

• You grant us permission to process your content for service delivery
• You warrant that you have rights to use and share your content
• You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content

Service Level

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance windows will be scheduled and communicated in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice if required

Support

• Email support is available during business hours
• Priority support for critical issues affecting your business
• Documentation and tutorials provided in-platform

If applicable:

• Payment terms and pricing are as displayed on our website
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

Either party may terminate the service:

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may terminate service for violation of these terms
• We will provide notice of termination when possible
• Data export options will be provided upon termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• IntelliCommerce is provided “as is” without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We do not warrant third-party integrations or services
